This cast net is a perfect size for throwing off a boat or on foot. The Cast Net Sniper 9' net is slightly bigger and heavier then the 8', but coveres more water and fishes a little deeper. Like all my nets, this net is built with my true 8 panel net design which reduces the volume of monofilament to an absolute minimum. This means a faster sinking net and one that is very comfortable to hold in the hand. 
     With the 9 foot, you can expect long range throws and big fish! The bigger the net, the more chance you have to capture that perfect eating size mullet or redfish. With the fast sinking monofilament design, you can still capture those fast swimming fish, even with a super light 9 lbs of lead attached to the leadline. 
     This net is easily thrown for long durations, so you can leave your fishing pole at home and still return with a bucket full of delicious fish! 
     The 9 foot is a beautifuly designed net and will serve you well in freshwater and saltwater. Its built to handle some serious fishing, with its .51 thick monofilament and braided lead line. Its attached to a blue and black floating handline and even when fully loaded, wont overfill your hand. Its a really well balanced net & should be able to hit fish out at 35-40'
